We’d like to help you, too.

We are well versed in BuyOwner, new home purchases, residential resale and commercial transactions. We understand you may not be familiar with the closing process and are ready to assist you in any way we can.

We make every attempt to obtain charges from your lender prior to settlement, in order to provide the exact dollar amount you will need for closing. You must bring a certified check or bank teller’s check made out to yourself to your settlement. When you see everything is to your satisfaction then you will endorse and exchange that check for a copy of the deed and your keys.

Your new lender will require a homeowner’s insurance policy with a one year paid receipt PRIOR to closing. The lender will be unable to issue loan documents to us without this policy. Please make sure this is taken care of in a timely fashion.

A great deal of labor will be expended and expenses will be paid by us on your behalf before you reach the settlement table. As soon as we receive your mail-back package, we will begin processing your order. To protect us against canceled files, we require a check in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) payable to Penn Jersey Closing Agency, Inc., to be included in the mail-back package. This full amount will be credited to you at the time of settlement.

Please look for the BUYER’S INFORMATION FORM (B) in the forms section, complete it and return it with the package.

Feel free to call us for a free title costs estimate. There will be an experienced attorney conducting and explaining your closing for no extra charge. We can settle in Montgomery, Bucks, Camden, and Burlington Counties at our affilate's offices for no extra (out of office) charge. We can also accommodate out of state clients via overnight delivery for the reasonable charge of $7.50 per packet.
