Gloucester Township is a 24 square mile suburban community situated in eastern Camden County , within the Philadelphia Metro area. About 8 miles east of Philadelphia and 50 miles west of Atlantic City , Gloucester Twp is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Southern New Jersey . It is well served by the North/South Freeway (Route 42), the Black Horse Pike (Route 168) and numerous well-maintained County and Municipal roads. We are only 20 minutes by car from Cherry Hill and Philadelphia International Airport.
The Villas at Broadacres is convenient to the Lindenwold Station, New Jersey Transit train station on the Atlantic City Line. Eastbound service is offered to Atlantic City and Westbound service is offered to Philadelphia. The station is also at the terminus of the PATCO Speedline which also offers 24 hour service to Haddonfield, Collingswood, Camden and Philadelphia . PATCO stops at The Gallery shopping mall in Center City Philadelphia. Bus connections and large parking areas are also available at the station, near U.S. Route 30 and White Horse Road .
The Villas at Broadacres is within easy walking distance of KMART, Starbucks, the Township recreational building, pharmacies, several restaurants and stores.
